Full Council meetings are held on the first Monday of each month at 6.00 pm with the exception of Bank Holidays when the meeting will be held the following evening - Tuesday.
Planning Committee meetings and Finance and General Purposes Committee meetings are held on the last Monday/Tuesday of each month at times to be arranged. Normally in the mornings.
(Meeting times for all sub committees are only a guideline - Correct times will be shown on agendas posted on the Council notice board 5 days prior to each meeting)

Members of the public can attend all meetings and sub committee meetings but will be unable to make any comments.
If a member of public wishes to bring an issue to the Town Council this must be put in writing to the Chief Executive at least 7 working days before the meeting and will be discussed during an 'Open Forum'.
