The Chief Executive, Mr Stephen Sharman and the Town Mayor 2007-08, Clr Brian Cooke attended a presentation ceremony to receive the award on behalf of the town.

Gaining this award will give the Council far more credibility and this will be a good foundation for the future of local councils.
